Guaranteed tariffs

All members agree at all times not to charge any guest more than the guaranteed tariffs stated for their respective property and listed in the current edition Directory. Tariffs stated in this Online Directory are in Australian currency and include Australian GST.

Credit Cards

All member properties should accept major credit and charge cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. Please refer to the 'Credit Cards Accepted' section of each individual motel listing.

Deposits

Confirmation of bookings made requires payment to be made at the time of booking.

Refunds are subject to our Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy.  

Guest Pets 

All members shall not permit the keeping of guest pets within the units at the property unless exceptional circumstances apply, at the discretion of the member. Seeing eye dogs and hearing dogs must be permitted in any area accessible by their master.
