1. Scope of This Policy

This policy covers all bookings made directly with Arra Hotels LLC, including stays at our boutique properties (Arra Maris, Arra Thalassa, Arra Montagne, Arra Dolomiti), retreat tours like the Mediterranean Serenity Retreat, and premium subscriptions (e.g., for exclusive offers or enhanced website features). For bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com) or external tour operators linked on our site, their refund policies apply—check their terms before reserving.

2. Refunds for Hotel Stays

Our boutique hotels in Costa Brava, Santorini, Chamonix, and South Tyrol are designed for intimate escapes. Here’s how refunds work for standard room bookings:

Cancellation by You:

Cancel 14+ days before check-in: Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.

Cancel 7–13 days before check-in: 50% refund, minus a 5% fee.

Cancel less than 7 days before: No refund, but we’ll try to offer a credit for a future stay (valid 12 months, subject to availability).

Cancellation by Us: If we need to cancel due to unforeseen issues (e.g., property maintenance), you’ll get a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra cost. We’ll notify you ASAP via email or phone.

No-Shows: Missing your check-in without notice means no refund or credit—sorry, our small hotels rely on confirmed guests!

3. Refunds for Retreat Tours

Cancellation by You:

Cancel 30+ days before the tour start date: Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.

Cancel 15–29 days before: 50% refund, minus a 5% fee.

Changes to Itinerary: Minor changes (e.g., swapping a hike for another due to weather) don’t qualify for refunds, but we’ll ensure the experience stays awesome. Significant changes may warrant a partial refund or credit, at our discretion.

Auto-Renewal: We’ll send a reminder 7 days before annual renewals. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.

5. Refunds for Digital Products

Digital purchases, like downloadable travel guides for local attractions (e.g., Girona’s medieval town or Bolzano’s Ötzi museum), are non-refundable once accessed, as they’re instantly available. 6. Non-Refundable Items
